One Seaport (also known as 161 Maiden Lane ) is a skyscraper under construction in New York City . The first plans were presented to the public in 2013. Construction of the high-rise began in autumn 2015.

One Seaport is located in Lower Manhattan in close proximity to the listed South Street Seaport . According to current plans, the tower should be 204 meters high and have 60 floors. That would make it one of the tallest skyscrapers in the area.
The design comes from the team of architects John Fotiadis Architect and Goldstein Hill & West Architects. The project is being developed by the Fortis Property Group. The topping-out ceremony was celebrated in August 2018. Completion is planned for 2019.
