The Oostersluis is a ship lock in Groningen in the Netherlands. It connects the Van Starkenborgh Canal with the Ems Canal .

The lock has a length of 194.8 m and a width of 16 m and is therefore designed for class Va ships. Since the access via the Ems Canal and the lock itself is realized with bascule bridges, it can also be used by ships at great heights.
