Orange volunteers
The Orange Volunteers (OV) or Orange Volunteer Force (OVF) is a small unionist paramilitary group in Northern Ireland . The group is fighting for Northern Ireland to become part of England . The OV is classified as a terrorist organization by the UK .
The OV was founded in 1998 by loyalists who disagreed with the Good Friday Agreement . The following year the group carried out a series of bombings on Catholic shops. The group has been relatively inactive since 2000. The OV united with parts of the Orange Order and represented a Protestant fundamentalist orientation. Its original leader was Pastor Clifford Peeples .
