Orazio Marinali
Orazio Marinali (born February 16, 1643 Bassano del Grappa , † February 8, 1720 Vicenza ) was an Italian sculptor of the late Baroque . He worked in Veneto from the second half of the 17th century to the beginning of the 18th century .
biography
Orazio Marinali was a student of Josse le Court and influenced Antonio Bonazza . More than 150 statues from the Villa Conti Lampertico (La Deliziosa) in Veneto were made by him and his workshop. Many of his statues were moved to Villa La Pietra outside of Florence in the 20th century .
