The Kurmet order ( Kazakh "Құрмет" ордені ) is a medal of honor of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was introduced after Kazakhstan gained independence in 1993.
Award
The order is awarded to Kazakh citizens for outstanding achievements in the fields of economy , science and culture , education , for exemplary commitment in state organizations and commitment in the social field.
