Security service concept

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

At the request of the licensing authority, the organizer of an event must submit a security service concept. It must contain statements about the deployment of personnel, the number of employees as well as their qualifications and the instruction of the employees in the safety concept .

content

The concept must contain the process around the security service in great detail. In the general part, this includes the order and essential aspects of the event that have an impact on the security service concept. The next step is a risk analysis. This contains specifics about the visitors in order to determine the amount of staff required. This is followed by the listing and description of an operational concept and the naming of the contact person in the form of an organizational chart. This includes statements about the course of the operation as well as the exact positions and the exact task of the position up to a sketch.
