Orestes (Macedonia)
Orestes , was the son of Archelaos I of Macedonia and Cleopatra . When Orestes became king of Macedonia, he was still a child, so Aeropos II , his guardian, took over the affairs of state for him. Diodorus reports that Orestes was murdered after four years of joint rule by Aeropos.
