Organizational law

Organization law is the law which has the creation and organization of organizational structures as its object.

In national public law , these are state organization law (supreme state or constitutional organs ), administrative organization law ( public administration ) and court organization law ( judiciary without the Federal Constitutional Court ).

Organization law in Switzerland

In Switzerland, the Government and Administration Organization Act (RVOG) and the Government and Administration Organization Ordinance (RVOV) are part of the organization law. These legal norms contain principles of government and administrative activity and regulate the work of the Federal Council and the structure of the federal administration.
