Orna
The Orna , Orne or Urna was a liquid measure primarily for wine in the Austrian kingdom of Illyria . The measure corresponded to the volume measure of the bucket . However, it was different in size in the various cities on the Adriatic .
So the measure was in
- Fiume 1 Orna = 32 Bocalli = 2713 1/5 Parisian cubic inches = 53 7/9 liters
- Trieste also for oil 1 Orna = 36 Boccalli = 3310 Parisian cubic inches = 65 3/5 liters
Later, the old Trieste Orna, also named Irme, was equated with the Barile / Barille.
- 1 old Trieste Orna = 36 old Barile / barrel = 66.0394 liters
