Orotina
Orotina is a small town in the Central American state of Costa Rica and is located in the province of Alajuela . Orotina is also the capital of the province of the same name. The region has an area of 19.99 square kilometers and a population of 8550 people.
The city is located 229 meters above sea level in a relatively flat area of the coastal mountains of Costa Rica. The city is located 26 kilometers from the Pacific, 48 kilometers southwest of Alajuela and 66 kilometers from the capital, San Jose .
