The local chapel Eggendorf am Wagram is on the through road in Eggendorf am Wagram in the market town of Stetteldorf am Wagram in the Korneuburg district in Lower Austria . The local Roman Catholic chapel, consecrated to St. Wolfgang von Regensburg , belongs to the Großweikersdorf deanery in the Archdiocese of Vienna . The chapel is under monument protection ( list entry ).

history

The chapel was built in 1811.

architecture

The chapel with a larger nave has a semicircular apse and a slightly protruding facade tower. The faced facade shows arched windows. The tower between the sloping gable has a pyramid helmet.

The interior of the chapel shows a two-bay nave under a square vault on wall pillar templates and plaster cut fields. The apse arch gives the year 1811.

Furnishing

The small, post-baroque pilaster altar shows a renewed altarpiece Mariahilf and the essay Trinity.
