Oscar Clark (born February 20, 1989 in Atlanta ) is an American road cyclist .

Oscar Clark won a stage on the Tour of Ohio in 2009 . He then drove for the American Continental Team Mountain Khakis-Jittery Joe's in 2010 . In 2011 he moved to the RealCyclist.com Cycling Team and in 2012 to the United Healthcare Georgia / The 706 Project team. Clark has been driving for the BMC-Hincapie Sportswear Development Team since August 2012 . Shortly afterwards he won the last stage of the Tour of China II . In the overall standings, he was ninth.
