Oscar Friese
Oscar Emil Julius Friese (born November 10, 1885 , † 1943 ) was a German politician and member of the German minority in Poland in the Sejm of the Second Polish Republic . Friese moved on November 1, 1919 for Ludwig Wolff (1859-1923) to the seat of the German People's Party (DVP) in the Polish Constituent National Assembly (1919-1922) .
