Oscar Genaro Coet Blackstock is a Cuban diplomat.

Blackstock was Cuba's ambassador to East Timor from 2016 . He replaced Ambassador Luis Julián Laffitte Rodríguez . Blackstock presented its accreditation to President Taur Matan Ruak on January 29, 2016 . In 2020 Blackstock was replaced by Omar Lauro Marreto Betancourt .
