Oscar Doglas Olson (born October 7, 1878 in Saint Croix County , Wisconsin , † February 1963 there ) was an American weightlifter and tug of war .
Olson took part in the 1904 Olympic Games in St. Louis. In weightlifting, he reached fourth place in the two-arm weightlifting competition without weight restrictions , and Perikles Kakousis won the gold medal . Olson also took part in the tug of war and was able to win there against the US gymnastics club Southwest Gymnastics Club of St. Louis 1 and thus secure the gold medal.
