Oskar-Erich Peter

Oskar-Erich Peter (* 1898 in Berlin ; † November 23, 1989 in Brackenheim ) was a German inventor and engineer .

Life

Peter was a fighter pilot in the First World War . He studied engineering and after completing his studies worked for various aircraft and automobile construction companies in Germany. In addition to various smaller inventions, Peter is particularly known for his invention from 1948, when he pressed concentric rings together to form a connection that did not require a key.
