Oslo Freedom Forum

The Oslo Freedom Forum (OFF) is a human rights conference founded by the Human Rights Foundation of the Norwegian / Venezuelan Thor Leonardo Halvorssen Mendoza . It has been held annually in Oslo since 2008 , most recently in May 2018.

The aim of the forum is to bring together leading human rights activists, former leaders, Nobel Prize winners, former prisoners for human rights activism and selected authors with business people, politicians and cultural opinion makers from Norway and the world.

Among the participants of the previous events were z. B. Lech Wałęsa , Julian Assange , Garri Kasparow , Sarah Ferguson , Jimmy Wales and Lina Ben Mhenni .
