Otjombinde is a settlement and administrative seat of the constituency of the same name in the Omaheke region in eastern Namibia not far from the border with Botswana .

Otjombinde is around 200 km east of Otjinene . Much of the district is farmland. The most important district is the Talismanis settlement on the D3817 road .
