Otto-Buchwitz-Platz 1 (Görlitz)
This rental Otto book joke-Platz 1 is a protected cultural monument at the center-western edge of Görlitzer early days -Stadtteils downtown . The neo-renaissance corner house with stucco decoration influenced by Art Nouveau was built around 1900. The entire ground floor, with the exception of the entrance hall and the staircase, takes up retail space. The facade sides are decorated with a corner oriel tower, two adjoining decorative gables and rich stucco decoration. The building is of importance in terms of architectural history and the appearance of the streets and is registered under the number 09280549 in the list of historical monuments of the State Office for Monument Protection in Saxony.
