Otto Brodeßer

Otto Brodeßer (born November 15, 1926 , † December 1996 ) was a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Life

Brodeßer, who previously worked at the Federal Patent Court , was elected judge at the Federal Court of Justice in 1976; On August 18, 1976, he joined the 10th Civil Senate , of which he was a member until his departure on December 31, 1990, most recently as deputy chairman. He passed away in December 1996.
