Otto Schwab (soccer coach)

Otto Schwab (before 1916 - after 1941) was a German football player and coach .

Schwab was a player and coach of FV Phönix Kaiserslautern , the predecessor club of 1. FC Kaiserslautern. Schwab came to Kaiserslautern from FC Pfalz Ludwigshafen in 1926 and was part of the first team of FV Phönix Kaiserslautern together with the former Kaiserslautern coach Karl Berndt . Later he was also a player and coach at the football club Mulhouse 1893 (today FC Mulhouse). There he was able to win the championship in the Gauliga Alsace in 1941 .
