Oucidres is a place and a former municipality ( Freguesia ) in the Portuguese district of Chaves . The community had 193 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).
On September 29, 2013, the municipalities of Oucidres and Bobadela merged to form the new municipality of Planalto de Monforte (União das Freguesias de Oucidres e Bobadela) . Oucidres is the seat of this newly formed municipality.

The place is about 20 km east of the county town of Chaves.
Culture and sights
The six listed sites of the municipality include the Santuário Rupestre de Eiras (rock paintings in the granite stone ), the Roman bridge Ponte do Arco , and the Manueline chapel Capela de Nossa Senhora da Conceição from the 15th century.
