The OurMine Security Group is a hacking group . It advertises its commercial services by hacking the profiles of prominent people on social networks .

2016, the group hacked among other things, Twitter -Accounts from Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales , Twitter founder Jack Dorsey and Google -Geschäftsführer Sundar Pinchai . In addition, the group briefly took over the Pinterest account from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg . In addition to various other profiles, the group also penetrated the technology news site TechCrunch .

In October 2016, the BuzzFeed website published an article linking the group to a teenager named Ahmad Makki from Saudi Arabia . OurMine itself denied this statement and one day after the article was published, it also penetrated this website and changed the texts of various articles to "Hacked By OurMine".

In August 2017, the group also hacked into the Facebook and Twitter accounts of Playstation and the football club FC Barcelona. There the synonym of a hacker was released for the first time, this was called CrackDj. Previously, the sixth episode of the seventh season of the series "Game of Thrones" was leaked early by the Security Group.

When hacking YouTube accounts (including Corridor Digital), the group often leaves a cover version of the pop song One Last Time by Ariana Grande , which was sung by the American singer Lindee Link . The lyrics of the song have been completely replaced.
