Ox is a fanzine for punk rock , hardcore punk , rock 'n' roll and other alternative music from Solingen , Germany.

history

The Fanzine was founded at the end of 1988, the first edition appeared in January 1989. The magazine itself also contains reviews of comics , books and films , as well as a serial by Klaus N. Frick and various columns. In addition to Frick, almost 60 other authors contribute to the magazine with varying degrees of frequency, including Lars Gebhardt regularly .

Ox was one of the first fanzines to regularly include CDs in its editions. It appears every two months, also in the regular magazine trade, and is published by Joachim Hiller in Solingen . It now has a circulation of 12,500 pieces.

So far, four vegan- vegetarian and one purely vegan cookbooks have emerged from an Ox column .
