The works of the Austro-Israeli tend towards confrontation, extremes and provocation. Already in the 1980s, when he was still a student at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna , Almog made a name for himself with his performances in the underground cultural scenes in Austria and Europe. Since the 1990s he has dealt in his paintings, drawings, happenings , art actions , etc. with complex problems caused, among other things, by human sexuality, totalitarian ideologies, social grievances and consumerism. To do this, he combines elements from various art epochs, currents, techniques, etc.
