Ozaki Shirō

Ozaki Shirō ( Japanese 尾崎 士 郎 ; * February 5, 1898 , † February 19, 1964 ) was a Japanese writer.

Ozaki studied political economy at Waseda University and then initially worked as a journalist. From the mid-1920s he lived as a writer. Because of his nationalistic attitude, he was banned from all public activities after the Second World War. His main work is the seven-volume novel Jinsei gekijō , which was written between 1933 and 1960. Other works are the novels Kagaribi (1941) and Tennō kikan setsu (1951).
