P seminar

The P-Seminar ( project seminar for study and career orientation ) is part of the upper secondary school in Bavaria . It is intended to support the students in their choice of study and career. The aim is to prepare them for the demands of university and the professional world. The students work for a year in a project that is implemented together with extracurricular partners.

The pupils should gain experience in the following areas: methodological competence, social competence, personal competence and professional competence.
