PEMA group
The PEMA Group is an Austrian real estate company. Since it was founded in 2005, it has developed real estate projects with a total volume of more than 750 million euros in Austria, Germany and South Tyrol . According to its own information, the company manages an existing and customer portfolio worth several hundred million euros.
The PEMA Group, with its two locations in Innsbruck and Vienna , is owned by the lawyer Markus Schafferer and the Koch family.
history
Markus Schafferer founded the PEMA Group in 2005 and was the sole owner until 2017. In October 2017, Friederike and Herbert Koch , the founding family of the furniture retailer kika / Leiner , took a 49 percent stake in the real estate company.
