Overhead line mast according to the PORTRA system

The PORTRA system is a design of overhead line masts that makes it possible to lay overhead lines with an operating voltage of up to 110 kV on relatively low wooden masts . It is mainly used for temporary lines.

For this purpose, a U-shaped bracket is installed on the wooden mast, which carries a horizontal insulating cross member for three conductors . Two of the conductor cables are on the outside and one in the middle above the mast.

As credit booms are portal masts used in wood.
