PPLive is a peer-to-peer streaming software developed in Central China University of Science and Technology in China . It is part of a new kind of software that Internet TV and P2P links and P2PTV is called.

PPLive targets the Chinese market. The programs are arranged in categories such as sport, music, etc. The transmission of sports programs and eSport events is particularly popular with European users.
known problems
The software itself is available with an English and partly German interface. However, the channel list and many displays and information are only available in Chinese. Due to the fact that the majority of its users are in China, European users can experience dropouts that sometimes make it difficult or even impossible to watch certain programs.
