Pablo Elizalde (* 20th century in Buenos Aires ) is a former Argentine road cyclist .

Elizalde from Tigre was the overall winner of the road stage cycle race Rutas de América in its 20th and 22nd edition in 1991 and 1993 . He started each time for the cycling team Club Ciclista Punta del Este . He also won the Vuelta de Mendoza in 1990 .
