Paddys Island is an island belonging to the Waterhouse Island Group on the northeast coast of Tasmania , Australia . The flat granite island has an area of ​​4.6  hectares .

The island is part of the St Helens Important Bird Area as BirdLife International considers it an important breeding site for sea ​​birds .
