Palacio de los Momos
The Palacio de los Momos is a former noble palace in Zamora , a Spanish city in the autonomous community of Castile and León , which was built in the 15th century. The facade of the building has been protected as a monument ( Bien de Interés Cultural ) since 1922 .
history
The palace at No. 7 Calle San Torcuato was built for Pedro Rodríguez de Ledesma, who was military commander of Zamora. In the 1930s the building was converted into a luxury hotel. Today the Palace of Justice with the Provincial Courts ( Audiencias Provinciales de España ) is located in it. Only the facade of the palace from the end of the 15th century has been preserved.

There are many coats of arms and decorative ribbons on the facade of the two-story building. The twin windows on the upper floor are richly decorated in the Plateresque style .
