The Palais Brühl on Schießgasse 10 in Dresden was built between 1712 and 1715 by converting an older building. It was a representative building with an ornate exterior.

history

From 1747 to 1762 it belonged to the Saxon Minister Heinrich von Brühl , who however never lived in it. It was probably inhabited with his family by his son-in-law Georg August Minsczecki (1715–1778) before the Seven Years' War . From 1816 to 1830 the “Harmonie” social club used the building. The association had a hall designed by Gottlob Friedrich Thormeyer built in.

In 1886 the Palais Brühl on Schießgasse was demolished when the König-Johann-Strasse broke through. Its former location is in the area of today's eastern Wilsdruffer Straße between Pirnaischer Platz and the Altmarkt .
