The Wenckheim Palace ( Hungarian Wenckheim-palota ) is a palace in Budapest , Hungary. It is located on Baross Strasse.

The building was built between 1886 and 1889 in the neo-baroque style by the German-born architect Arthur Meinig as a city residence for the Wenckheim family .

Today the headquarters of the city ​​library is located there . The building was extensively renovated in 1999–2001.
