The Palazzo Koch is a palace in Rione Monti in the city center of Rome . The building is named after the architect Gaetano Koch . The Italian central bank ( Banca d'Italia ) has its headquarters here.

history

The on the Via Nazionale located Palazzo Koch was from 1888 to 1892 in the style of Neo-Renaissance built. Initially the general management, the printing works and the Roman branch of the Banca d'Italia were housed there, later a library and a museum were added.
