Palisade (heraldry)
The palisade has two different meanings in heraldry and is in most cases a herald image .
One time it is a main pointed post and the other time it is a barrier made of juxtaposed main pointed posts based on a natural model . All heraldic tinctures are possible as a color .
The palisade section with large elements and the palisade division with small elements emerged from the palisades . A cross with a palisade cross is also referred to when the ends of the cross arms run out into pointed posts.
