Palmdale is a place in the Australian state of Western Australia . It is located about 33 kilometers northeast of Albany . The place is located in the traditional settlement area of the Aboriginal tribe of the Mineng .
geography
South of the town are Many Peaks , west of Napier , north Takalarup and east of South Stirling .
It is over 20 kilometers as the crow flies to the sea in the south. Lake Corimup also belongs to Palmdale .
Palmdale can be reached via Palmdale Road, Pfeiffer Road, Drawbin Road and Deep Creek Road - only the first two are tarred.
