The Palwe is mentioned for the first time in 1450, namely the entire Palwe area of ​​the Samland was designated, including Palmnicken (originally Palwenicken). Samitter Allee led to Palwehof, which stretched north of the Maraunenhof train station . The Königsberg city nursery was located here.
