Paola von Wyss-Giacosa

Paola von Wyss-Giacosa (* 1970 ) is a Swiss ethnologist .

life and work

After studying ethnology and art history at the University of Zurich , Paola von Wyss-Giacosa was a research assistant at the Swiss Institute for Art Research from 1996 to 1999 . Since 1997 she has been involved in teaching, research and the realization of exhibition projects at the Ethnographic Museum of the University of Zurich . From 2005 to 2008 she was a curator at the Museum Briner und Kern in Winterthur .

In 2006 she received her doctorate from the University of Zurich. In 2015 she represented the junior professorship in the history of entanglement at the University of Erfurt .
