Paolo Fondato
Paolo Fondato (* 1947 in Rome ) is an Italian director.
Life
Fondato, son of the film director Marcello , began in 1969 as an assistant director for Gianni Grimaldi , his father and others. He then switched to television as a director, for which he directed a few films, and wrote two scripts for his father in the 1980s. In 1997 he made his cinema debut with Ma Shamal , an adventure film . The following year the comedy Donna di piacere was based on a novel by Barbara Alberti . Fondato was also active as a documentarist and producer .
