The Papanin Nunatakkers ( Russian Го́ры Папанина Gory Papanina ) are a small group of Nunatakkers in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . They are 17.5 km east of Alderdice Peak in the Nye Mountains .
They were mapped and named during the 7th Soviet Antarctic Expedition (1961–1963). It is named after the Soviet polar explorer Ivan Dmitrijewitsch Papanin (1894–1986).
