Paraíso (Canton)
Paraíso is a canton in the Costa Rican province of Cartago with 59,259 inhabitants (2013). The canton has a total area of 411.91 km², making it the second largest canton in the province. The city of Paraíso is located about eight kilometers south-east of the provincial capital Cartago and belongs to its metropolitan region .
