Paradeplatz (Ingolstadt)
The parade ground is located in the east of Ingolstadt 's Old Town.
The square is at the eastern end of Ludwigstrasse and west of the moat of the New Palace , which can also be reached via a portal via Paradeplatz. In the south is the state building authority and in the north the Ballhausgasse . The Ludwigsbrunnen is located roughly in the middle of the traffic-calmed square .
The Paradeplatz is used for events such as the Easter market, where the Ludwigsbrunnen is decorated as an Easter fountain, or the Carrara Wine Festival , the name of the festival from the northern Italian city of Carrara , which has a partnership with Ingolstadt.
