Paragon Customer Communications GmbH is a provider of solutions for customer and employee communication . The German organization consists of four operational legal units:

  • Paragon Customer Communications GmbH, Korschenbroich and Magdeburg
  • Paragon Customer Communications Weingarten GmbH, Weingarten
  • Paragon Customer Communications Schwandorf GmbH, Schwandorf
  • Paragon Customer Communications Czech Republic as, CZ-Nýřany

Corporate structure

In the 2018/19 financial year, the company generated annual sales of around 180 million euros with around 1,000 employees at six locations. In 2015 the company MeillerGHP was merged with Paragon Customer Communications, the original company "Buchdruckerei Georg Meiller" was founded in 1864. The company is part of the international Paragon Group Ltd., a provider of customer communications , graphics and ID services. The group of companies employs around 7,500 people in 20 countries and has a turnover of over one billion euros (as of January 2020).

Range of services of the company

The company provides omnichannel solutions and services for customer and employee communication. The services include, among other things, individual dialog communication (print and online), handling and personalized dispatch of documents ( document output ), data analysis , control and storage. The range of services is based on three pillars: Customer Experience & Marketing, Business Process & Transactional and Digital Customer Experience.

Customer Experience & Marketing

The Customer Experience & Marketing division comprises the following areas: Direct Mail and Marketing Print, One-to-One Marketing , Campaign Management , Print Management , Digital Marketing , Tech Consulting and Marketing Services.

Business Process & Transactional

Paragon Customer Communications produces transactional documents at four locations. As a result, the documents are produced close to the recipient and transport routes for the delivery organizations are reduced. This pillar also includes the following services: Transaction Services, Document Solutions, Archive Services and Omnichannel Inbound.

Digital customer experience

The company provides concepts and applications for data analytics & insights to control customer communication on various channels. For data storage and processing, the company operates its own redundant and ISO-27001- certified data center at the Weingarten location.
