The Paragon Point ( English for Exemplary headland ) is a small but still distinctive headland at the Graham Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located 5 km west-southwest of Eijkman Point on the southwest shore of Leroux Bay .
Participants in the British Graham Land Expedition (1934–1937) led by the Australian polar explorer John Rymill made the first mapping. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1959.
