Park Syeo-jin gained her first international experience at the Junior Asian Championships 2012 in Colombo , where she won the silver medal behind the Chinese Yan Ni with 54.03 m . In 2018 she finished seventh at the Asian Games in Jakarta with 59.00 m. The following year she was fourth at the Asian Championships in Doha with a width of 61.86 m.
In 2016 and 2018 Park was the South Korean hammer throw champion.
