Car claw
A car claw , also wheel claw or parking claw , is a lock-secured blockage clamped to a rim of a motor vehicle, which acts as an immobilizer to prevent the car from driving away .
Car claws are used both for self-protection against theft and for attachment in the area of private and public law enforcement .
The debtor is liable to prosecution in Germany if he removes the parking claw.
