Parlux is an Italian manufacturer of hair dryers and other hairdressing equipment . All devices are manufactured exclusively in Italy. In addition to hair dryers, hoods , hair straighteners , curling irons and hair clippers are also manufactured.
history
The company was founded in 1977 by the current managing director Paolo Parodi and was the first to manufacture the Superturbo 1500 hairdryer . It set itself apart from the competition with a robust, powerful engine. In 1991 Parlux moved from Corsico to its current location in Trezzano sul Naviglio . From the year 2000, the devices were no longer assembled by hand, but on an automatic assembly line. In 2017 the company celebrates its 40th anniversary.
