Paso Ataques is a town in Uruguay .
geography
It is located in the northern part of the Rivera Department near the eastern border with Brazil . The closest settlements on Uruguayan territory are Cerros de la Calera in the south, Lagos del Norte in the north-northwest and Tranqueras in the west.
Residents
Paso Ataques has 107 inhabitants, of which 49 are male and 58 are female (as of 2011). In the previous censuses from 1963 to 2004, no statistical data was collected for the location.
